The logo bridges the gap between business and Web3, blending curved and sharp elements to symbolize the balance of professionalism and innovation. A custom typeface was developed, giving the logo a sleek, modern appearance. The letter “u” is emphasized, reinforcing the user-centric nature of the brand. This “u” also serves as a standalone mark, representing the individual talent that powers the platform.
We chose two fonts to reflect the dual personality of the brand: the technological aspect is captured by the geometric Alliance Platt, while Alliance Text, a more sophisticated typeface, represents the business persona. This pairing achieves a harmony that communicates both modernity and professionalism.
The brand’s visual identity is supported by a modular pattern. It is constructed from proportional blocks that grow consistently in size, creating a coherent, expandable system. The pattern's rounded forms reflect human connections, aligning with the “u” symbol’s curvature for brand consistency.
In addition to this main pattern, a secondary geometric pattern was developed to evoke the decentralized nature of blockchain technology.
The brand identity is highly flexible, capable of scaling across various platforms and applications. From digital products to physical touchpoints, the design system adapts effortlessly, ensuring a cohesive brand presence regardless of format.
Although initially scoped for branding only, the project expanded to include a landing page, which became the visual foundation for subsequent pages.
The profile pages presented a new challenge. The client’s original design included an NFT resume, external links, and a bio, but the NFT integration needed refinement. We reimagined the profile as a dynamic preview of the NFT, updating in real-time with blockchain activity. We prioritized content hierarchy, ensuring important information surfaced first. To humanize the experience, we introduced customizable elements, such as dark and light modes and user-selectable background colors from a preapproved palette, ensuring consistency with the overall brand aesthetic.
